Dr. Jones graduated from Longwood University in 1994 with his Masters degree in Special education and in 2002 he graduate from the University of Virginia with his PhD also in Special Education.
A former charter school principal, and state consultant, Tom's research on the effective characteristics of charter schools prompted him to start his own elite leadership development and consulting company assisting school's transform their cultures and accelerate their achievement.
