Let Leaders Building Leaders Create A Grant Assistance Package Tailored To Your Needs.
What is missing at your school?
Will money make your vision a reality?
We can help.
LBL's team member, Katy Ridnouer, partners with schools on three levels:
1. Teach the secrets of grant writing.
2. Support your in-house grant writer.
3. Write and submit grants on your behalf.
What level of support do you need?
Katy has written 3 fully-funded Charter School Program grant applications, multiple SRO grants, a capital campaign grant, and many other grants, totaling $4.5M in awards.
She loves to teach too, so she coaches schools through the grant writing and editing process. So far, participating schools have been awarded $1M.
LBL recently worked with us to secure a 5-year, $1.25M federal grant to open up our high school. Katy's planning, organization, timeliness, and guidance made the process seamless, ensuring that our grant was completed on time and a level of high quality. She was motivating and easy to work with, and helped keep us focused throughout the process. She helped make an overwhelming challenge into a manageable project for our team.
Dr. Mary Moss, Executive Director at Charlotte LAB School
The assistance and attention we received from Katy Ridnouer and the Leaders Building Leaders team was invaluable to the success of our NC ACCESS Grant. I was very impressed with Katy’s knowledge of specific grant writing processes and attention to detail. I highly recommend her services to any school and/or district serious about developing and submitting a winning grant proposal.
Dr. Paul Bryant, Principal of Triad Math and Science Academy
I had the pleasure of working with Katy Ridnouer for the NC ACCESS grant. Katy was incredibly professional, listened to the needs of our school, and kept the school on its mission. She collaborated so well with the school in completing the grant application, ensuring that the application was correct, complete, and that both parties were on the same page. Katy carried us through the entire process and even after we were awarded the grant, followed up to ensure everything was going well. She is still following up till this day. Katy deeply cares about education and the schools she works with, helping them gain crucial access to additional funds to continue to grow. I highly recommend working with Katy when considering applying for a grant.
