The Instructional Coaches Collaborative is a year-long professional learning community designed to help instructional coaches build the coaching skills, systems, and confidence needed to develop high-performing teachers.

Built around Dr. Tom Miller's Coaching for Busy School Leaders framework, members will learn practical strategies for conducting meaningful coaching conversations, providing actionable feedback, building teacher capacity, navigating difficult conversations, and creating coaching systems that lead to measurable improvements in instruction and student learning.

Each month, participants will collaborate with coaches from across the country, receive practical tools and resources, and leave with strategies they can immediately implement in their schools.
