Data Doesn’t Improve Schools. Action Does.

Schools collect enormous amounts of information.
But securing the data is only the beginning.
The real value appears when educators can answer:
- What is the data telling us?
- Which students need a different response?
- What should adults do next?
- Who owns that action?
- When will we determine whether it worked?
A colorful dashboard does not improve student performance. People using the information to make timely, informed decisions do.
Your data meetings should end with more than observations. They should end with ownership, action and a date for follow-up.
