Invest approximately 90% of your relational energy in recognizing, encouraging, nurturing and developing your people.
Use the remaining 10% for necessary correction and redirection.
This does not mean ignoring performance problems. Gardens need weeding—but we do not spend 90% of our time pulling weeds.
