See the Gaps Before They Become Problems

Here's my challenge for you going into this week.
Don't start by asking:
What's wrong with our school?
Ask:
Where are we stronger than we realize—and where might we have a gap we haven't recognized yet?
The strongest schools aren't schools without problems.
They're schools that identify problems early, address them intentionally, and build systems that prevent those problems from recurring. That's the central conclusion of the High-Performing School Blueprint.
Next week I'm going to spend some time helping you think about how to identify those gaps before they become serious problems.
Because awareness comes before improvement.
