Our culture is pretty good.
The board functions.
Our people are doing fine.
Nothing is really wrong.
And that's precisely why acceptable can quietly become a ceiling.
I think about performance across four levels:
UNACCEPTABLE → ACCEPTABLE → DESIRED → PEAK
Peak Performance isn't perfection.
It's the disciplined pursuit of the highest standard you're capable of achieving.
So today's question isn't:
"Are we doing okay?"
It's:
